Our warehouse personnel are well trained and will pack the goods according to our exact and precise specifications. Before shipment, all items are carefully examined and securely secured. Returns
Due to multiple parties, including the factory and the warehouse, we're unable to completely manage our stock. Stocks are subject to change at any time. Be aware that your order may become unfulfilled when you have placed the order.
The policy is 30 days. However, if thirty days have passed from the date you purchased the item, we cannot give you a refund or exchange.
